This started back at Deb's "How I get my jollies.... post of August 7th. Well, actually it started the day before that, with Deb's phone call.

Shoes. I think they call them shoes. "You could paint little globes," Deb said. Well, someone could. Then my shoes would be both on top of the world and beneath it. I would encompass multitudes. Or, I could just leave them brown.
