The Zeppelin Hanger shows no signs of sliding down the hill into the swampy bits, so I guess I'm okay. I'm trying to remember if I've ever before seen this many days with this much rain anywhere I've lived. Don't think so. It's remarkable. And remarkably wet.

Date: 2005-10-12 10:50 pm (UTC)To my eyes, the rain we're currently having here is like the woman in Arkansas who just gave birth to her 16th child and is thinking about having more. Seven kids, that's a big family, with lots of kids. Eight to ten kids? That, too, is a lot of kids, a bigger lot. But 16 kids...that's an eye-popping lot of kids. New England is getting an eye-popping lot of rain right now.
