Boston.com ran these gorgeous pictures from CERN at the beginning of August. I didn't read all 2,500+ comments to their post, but that won't stop me from naming #145 the best:
The question is, "will it blend?"
Here's the LHC website. And no mention of it would be complete without also linking to the Large Hadron Rap, by fellow Michigan State University alum (albeit 28 years later): Kate McAlpine.
