Okay, how the heck did I get blisters on my toesies from wearing Ugg boots? Ugg sheepskin-lined boots?

My toes didn't know that could happen. Boy, are they pissed off.

Am sitting on plane, northbound. Wearing Sorels. No blisters, but my feet are kinda hot.

The particular style of Sorels I have is called Manitou. Also the name of the town where we are burying Doug tomorrow.

That is all I have on winter boots.

Sheepskin-lined sounds like they might be too warm and trapping moisture. It could help to wear thin cotton socks.

When I go hiking it helps if I give my feet an occasional release from foot prison. They complain mightily when they have to go back in, but they get numb again and overall it's a win.
