Tree Report: In Process

Where's the Angel in a Star with a Heart in her Hand? She's not there yet, nor anywhere else on the tree. That's one sign I'm not done decorating it yet. Another sign is that there are still two bins, one large box, and half of a smaller box to go.

Looking good. I feel like I'm cheating, though. I'm fine with the convenience of my first artificial tree -- the ease of setting it up, the fact that the lights are already on it. But I wasn't prepared for just how much of an advantage being able to position the branches is. They stay where I put them, rather than bouncing back on their own and pushing ornaments aside in the process. It's utterly weird...and oh, so easy to decorate.

As I have Real Cat (tm), I can't have a real tree.
But I have a very good artificial one, it's really lovely.
And I have green boughs about the house, so I don't even miss the smell.

we were able to dig some out last year but put them somehwhere that woudl find when moved to house, but havne't moved to house yet - so only have about a dozen ornaments, but put on the jellyfish lamp
