Five years and one M-state later...it's still winter

The picture is from 5 years ago, and Minnesota to boot. Funny thing, it's all too easy to imagine it having been taken here at Toad Woods pretty much any time in the last month. Snow, snow, and more snow. All that's missing is the brown dog to give me that resigned look.

"Lets moov to Massechewsuts," dey sed. "Winderz not dat bad," dey sed.

I've even seen bison here, though none this small.

Poor thing! I know how the pupple feels. Wintr in Minnesota iz not so bad. Iz wurs!

It was so chilly here in San Diego today I wore a sweater. And I had to actually use my wipers several times. (Ducking...)

Yeah, but weren't you the one telling me that in Minnesota, you never got a thaw from the snow?

Okay, we haven't gotten much that since Christmas, but still. It could happen. :-)

Of course she was disgusted. It was hard to find tasty floor tiles under all that snow.
