gerisullivanWater test results *finally* in. No bacteria = good to go.
Lots of other paperwork in place. The final number for the bank check came in at a little less than I had wire transferred to the local account, so I'm good to go there, too. Final walk-through at 10:30am Friday, with closing scheduled for 1pm.
Fingers crossed, knocking wood, and, as always, All That Jazz....
