gerisullivanOffer/counteroffer/etc. accepted and agreed to. Mortgage applied for. Homebuyer's inspection in 7 hours. All this while juggling three other major challenges, so minimal chatter likely for a bit yet, much though I would love to ramble at length.
It could all fall apart, of course. Things always can. But the overall forecast calls for a big "WhooHoo!," and I'm more than a tad happy about that.
