Discworld Cake

Wow. dlacey found this link to photos of a Discworld Wedding Cake in Cute Overload comments. I can think of dozens of other places such a cake would be welcome, too.

There's even an interesting convention panel in there -- best with the actual cake, of course, but it could be done with projected images of the cake. The task for the panelists, and the audience, too: which piece of the cake do you eat? Why that one? Which pieces of the cake can't you bear to eat? Why?

Way cool. If I was more ambitious in the kitchen, and not already overloaded with stuff to do at the time, I'd love to try doing something like this for Boskone con suite. Hmmm.... Maybe I ought to get out that airbrush and do some practicing with it...

Y'know, I bet you could have fun airbrushing tribbles, too. And meteroites, in honor of Brother Guy. Bet they'd be easier to make and serve, too. You could get done however many time permitted and it'd be a win.
