Deb and I had Big Fun this weekend. And we didn't even iron each other's fingers....

Clicking on the picture will take you to a larger version of this picture and two others showing the silk coming out of the large-format printer and what the door looks like from the inside.

Saw "Cars" PEZ today & thought of you.

How long before the fabric fades?

Also, you should x-post the the nesfa group.

How long before the fabric fades?

We have no idea, but it's on the door, so it's recessed. We'll be using a different fabric for the window treatments.

Ghu. I typed "window treatments" in relation to "NESFA Clubhouse" and wasn't struck by lightning.

Also, you should x-post the the nesfa group.

No, she shouldn't. :-) We want it to be a surprise to people on Wednesday, since neither of us will be there.

It wouldn't be that much of a surprise to the LJ NESFA community given that 85% of the group's subscribers also read your and/or my journal(s). But it's the thought that counts, right?

Coolness. Your(?) comment on the photo page re: reflections and cameras came into play as a friend and I wandered through the new Guthrie at lunch today. She took a photo of a window washer and the reflections the camera caught made it look like he was washing the partly-cloudy sky.

Send that window washer to New England. o/~"We're gonna wash those clouds right outta the sky..."o/~

Wow! One of my favorite pieces of art! I keep telling myself I'll buy a print when I can afford it! I love all the time bits on him, particularly the sundial in the hand.

Kewl! That will definitely class the place up!!!

Yeah, but these things have a habit of snowballing.

After we hung the curtain, we both realized that the door needed a coat of paint or three. And the outside wall. And...and...and...

Very Pretty!

Very cool...hmmm, I'm thinking DINOSAUR SHIRTS!!!
Now, to get a Big Damn Printer!
