...and I'm home, sweet ribbity home once more.

I had a splendid at Windycon, the reason for the trip. dr_whuh and I helped celebrate Jack's b'day with an excellent dinner the night I got into town. We ate at Sarajevo, a Bosnian restaurant not far from Jack's. Mmmmm, kaymak. Had a good visit with my sister in Lansing on my way back east. Regrettably canceled plans to spend an afternoon and night with netmouse, flinx, and Rosie to avoid sharing any of the post-con crud that left me with a 4+-day sinus headache, sniffles, and roughened voice. And deep exhaustion. Napped twice during the final 460 miles home despite a full 8 hours' sleep last night. Heading to bed now and not at all certain I'll be up in time for the post office, transfer station, and bank, all of which close at noon Saturday.

Onward. Ever onward.
