elaine_brennan, I have a photo of it, and am following the CoverItLive feed where I'm not the only one concerned about the damage in Monson, the tornado near Brimfield, and the touchdown in Sturbridge, too.
Earlier this afternoon,debgeisler sent me a screen capture of the National Weather Service forecast for Wales, with its six (count 'em, *6*) hazardous weather conditions:
-- Tornado Warning
-- Severe Thunderstorm Warning
-- Tornado Watch
-- Severe Weather Statement
-- Flood Advisory
-- Hazardous Weather Outlook
Much as I miss havingkip_w, malibrarian, and their incomparable daughter Sarah as my closest fannish neighbors, I'm very glad they weren't living in West Springfield today.
