After being down for pretty much the entire workweek thanks to T1 and MCI problems, eFanzines looks to be back online.
That does not sound right. When I looked for the efanzines.com web site, I saw "Welcome to efanzines.com", which indicated that the network itself was up. I can look into it. Network problems shouldn't last a day.
