Mixed feelings. Very mixed feelings.

dd_b just brought to my attention the fact that Toad Hall is back on the market. I don't want it back, but seeing this news at the end of a long stay at The Bhigg House has me feeling more than a little nostalgic. Toad Hall was one of the models The Bhigg House is based on. They've done much more than I ever did to create a haven for interesting people from around the world -- I'm deeply honored to have helped them get their start.

It's been a terrific vacation, albeit one richer in memories than most. Many of those memories reminded me of things and times lost or otherwise long gone. Toad Hall coming back on the market is similarly infused with poignancy.
