Anticipation Revealed

kip_w and family are moving to the area of Massachusetts I was originally looking at last year before finding the property I wanted in Wales. They'll be about 45-60 minutes west of me when Cathy starts her new job as Librarian at Westfield State College at the end of the summer. I haven't known anyone in that direction; I'm looking forward to the excuse to visit when I shop in the Springfield area (which I do with some regularity).
This is what I was bouncing with glee about a few weeks back. I hadn't anticipated having the opportunity to refer friends to my Realtor...well, ever, let alone a mere year after I moved here. Cathy called me after seeing a home in Wales listed in one of the real estate guides she'd picked up when up for the interview. Too bad it really would be such a ridiculous commute from here.
For the last year, Mark and Priscilla Olson in Framingham have been the closest fans I'm in regular contact with. Kip, Cathy, and Sarah are about to take on the title. Whoohoo!
