You do understand that even if the LHC generated a black hole, that said black hole's life expectancy is orders of magnitude shorter than the time it would take to hoover up even a thimble-full of matter?

i stopped being worried about a black hole after a local physicist friend explained to me that even if it did create a black hole and the black hole ate the planet, there would be time for 10 trillion orgies in a row first. which seemed like a fitting sort of goodbye to the planet, so now i am relieved.
