Progress: Part 2

gerisullivanMy desk is as clear as it ever gets, and is significantly cleaner than it usually gets during the rare times that I actually tackle the project. There's one very short pile of papers that I still need to tend to or work with, a taller stack of product boxes and paperwork for rebates, and 3 fanzines to read (and LoC, in my dreams, at least).
After I cleared the desktop, I vacuumed the carpet, cleaned the chairmat, and also cleaned the small shelf under the desk followed by a swipe and Dustbuster pass at the floor underneath. There's a welcome absence of grit underfoot.
There's still the rest of the office, including two other flat surfaces, a pile of boxes, and a spare lamp. But the desk...the desk is functional once more. Huzzah!
