Another four days...
Sep. 15th, 2006 05:55 amGood rest and much work still await my immediate attention, but it's different good rest and much work. Two more projects have gone to print this week, one of them a 126-page handbook. Huzzah! In another couple of weeks, I think I'll be back to something resembling my normal schedule.
(Well, yes, I admit that it's utterly normal for me to "drink up the river before I drown" whenever lots of work comes my way. And to help friends and family as I can. But this year...this year has been exceptional in both regards.)
Onward.

Date: 2006-09-15 11:58 pm (UTC)Returning a surge protector because there was no apparent way to plug it into a wall socket was a different sort of fun. Bemusing, though. Who knew you had to look carefully at a device that you're supposed to plug into a socket to ensure that you can in fact do so?
The allergic reaction to Ghu knows what that has left my sister with a monkey face...well, she certainly looks funny, but the thing itself is not so much fun at all.
All the more reason to appreciate the enjoyment of sending a check your way! Thanks for your good wishes, and good work, too.
