I must admit I was a bit boggled once to learn that there was an entire genre of not merely train songs, but songs about specific train wrecks. It helps me to put "Casey Jones" (the trad song, not the Grateful Dead which slanders the legendary engineer who in real life was probably a teetotaler) into perspective.
