That'll over cook the breasts, 165-170 at the thigh and 150-155 in the breast. Pull and let rest twenty minutes then carve. Instant read thrmos are great and I like the ones you can use in the oven also. It's really nice to kn ow if you've got hot spots and where they are. BTW can we some pics of your new place in it's x-mas glory, I bet it looks fantastic. :-)
